Terms of Use

Effective date: March 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the bundlist service ("Service"), operated by bundlist ("we", "us", or "our") at bundlist.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

bundlist is a flexible list management application that lets you create lists with custom fields and access them via a web interface, REST API, and MCP server. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted from time to time.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use bundlist. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your credentials or API keys with others, or use the Service on behalf of another person without authorization.

You must be at least 13 years old to use bundlist. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all lists, fields, items, and other content you create in bundlist ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

You can export Your Content at any time using the export feature in the app. If you delete your account, your content will be deleted within 30 days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage or that harm the Service — automated access via the published API and MCP server is permitted within reasonable limits.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

5. Sensitive Information

bundlist is a general-purpose list management tool. It is not designed, audited, or certified for storing sensitive personal information. Do not use bundlist to store:

• Passwords, PINs, or other authentication credentials
• Private API keys, tokens, or secrets (including credentials for other services)
• Payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or other financial credentials
• Social Security numbers, national identification numbers, or government-issued ID details
• Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA, or any other medical or health records
• Biometric data or genetic information
• Classified, restricted, or export-controlled government information
• Sensitive personal information of other people without their explicit, informed consent

bundlist is not HIPAA-compliant, PCI-DSS-certified, or authorized for any regulated data category. Storing such information in bundlist is entirely at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any consequences arising from such use.

6. API and Programmatic Access

We provide a REST API and MCP server for programmatic access to the Service. Use of these interfaces is subject to these Terms. API keys are personal to your account; you are responsible for all use made with your keys. Rate limits apply; we reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage degrades the Service for other users.

7. Usage Limits

The free tier is subject to usage limits (currently: 5 lists, 10 items per list, 5 fields per list). These limits may change over time. We will communicate material changes to limits in advance.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep bundlist available but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or interruption.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 3 (Your Content — ownership remains yours), 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
